YOUR SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We use a courier service for all our deliveries, this ensures your order is delivered to you in perfect condition. All items are delivered unassembled. If assembly is required, please see our Engineered Delivery below.
We deliver orders to any desired address in the Republic of Ireland.
We deliver from Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
The cost of shipping is €9.95 per order on items under €100. Free delivery will apply on all orders over €100 that are delivered by courier.
The expected delivery time will depend on the stock levels. Orders will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt of order and delivery will be made in the following 1- 2 working days by our third party logistics partner. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
Item in stock: In instances where an item appears in stock on our website but is not available for some reason, a full refund will be offered on a no-hassle basis.
Available to order: Products will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
Specialised item: Delivery can vary from 4 – 6 weeks.
Engineered Delivery: If you order a large item like a bed, it will need to be delivered, installed and demonstrated and this will incur an engineered delivery charge of €120. You will be informed of any additional costs at the time of ordering. If you would like products like riser recliners or scooters delivered, assembled and demonstrated, engineered delivery can be purchased as an add-on. We are happy to offer this service when needed.

RETURNS POLICY
Beechfield Healthcare Ltd makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact Customer Services within 7 days of receipt and return the package for a replacement to be sent.
ONLINE AND PRIVATE SALES OVER THE PHONE (Distance Selling)
Our returns policy for online and telesales comply with current distant selling regulations. A customer may return an item up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and is in its original undamaged packaging for a refund.
The cost of returning an item will be met by the customer
The customer can return the item in person either to the head office in Portlaoise or Artane. If customers wish to post or courier an item they must be returned to the Portlaoise Branch with their delivery docket included and their Sales Return Number issued by customer service.

SHOP & DIRECT SALES RETURNS
Beechfield Healthcare will issue a CREDIT NOTE for any product returns that are purchased in either of the stores (Portlaoise or Artane). No Cash Refunds or Credit Card Rebates apply. If a customer wishes to return an item purchased in store, it must be returned completely unused and strictly within 14 days from delivery date.
