This year, Beechfield Healthcare turns 30. Three decades of supplying quality healthcare products trusted by patients, prescribed by therapists, selected by the HSE, and championed by our team. It's a milestone we're genuinely proud of - and one we wanted to mark with something meaningful.
So we're doing something we've never done before. We're giving away three fully funded places on one of the most highly regarded postural management courses in the UK - and we're covering the return flights and accommodation for each winner.
This giveaway is our way of saying thank you to the occupational therapists in Ireland who do such vital, skilled work every single day.
What You Could Win
Three occupational therapists will each receive:
- A fully funded place on Posture Management for Adults and Children with Complex Disabilities
- Return flights from Ireland to the UK
- Accommodation for the full duration of the course
There are no catches, no purchase requirements, and no complicated entry process.
About the Course
Posture Management for Adults and Children with Complex Disabilities is a four-day, face-to-face course running from Friday 5 June to Monday 8 June 2026 at SOS HQ in Tutbury, UK.
The course is delivered by four highly experienced clinicians - Bicky Ho, Louise Way, Bex Oakes, and Sabrina Robinson - who bring a combined background in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and clinical science to an intensive, practical programme.
The course is designed for allied health professionals, therapy assistants, healthcare scientists, and nurses working in the field of neurological and neuromuscular disability. It is particularly well-regarded for its hands-on approach and live client assessment elements.
What the course covers:
Over four days (approximately 8:30 am-4:30 pm each day), participants will explore the foundational principles of postural management, including why 24-hour posture management matters, the secondary complications of inadequate postural support, basic biomechanics, and musculoskeletal terminology. Participants gain practical experience in completing full postural assessments, annotating body shape in sitting and lying, measuring joint range of movement using the neutral-0-method, and interpreting assessment data to configure appropriate equipment. The course concludes with the opportunity to observe live client assessments - consistently rated as one of the most valuable elements of the programme.
Participants who attend all four days receive a certificate of completion.

Why We're Doing This
Beechfield Healthcare has spent 30 years building relationships with the healthcare professionals and patients we serve. We believe professional development matters - not just for individual practitioners, but for the quality of care that patients receive. A better-trained therapist means better outcomes for the people they support.
Postural management is a specialist area that requires dedicated training. We're delighted to be able to off er three Irish OTs the chance to access this highly respected qualification - fully funded and with all travel taken care of.
We're grateful for the trust placed in us over the past three decades. This is our way of giving something back.
Good luck to everyone who enters.
